Team Leader with Customer Duties –

We are expanding and opening a new office in Köping.

Do you want to combine leadership with hands-on work at our customers' sites? We are now looking for an engaged and responsible Team Leader who will also be involved in our assignments within move-out cleaning, domestic cleaning, and facility maintenance!

About the role

• As a Team Leader here, you play a key role in our operations. You are responsible for leading and distributing work within your team, while also working operationally on cleaning assignments at our customers' premises. The role requires structure, flexibility, and close collaboration with both employees and customers.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead the daily work of the cleaning team.
• Onboard and develop staff.
• Ensure high quality in completed assignments.
• Maintain contact with customers and follow up on their needs.
• Perform cleaning assignments for businesses and/or private customers.
• Handle scheduling and basic administration.

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in facility maintenance/cleaning (required).
• Has previous experience in team leadership or similar responsibilities (meritorious).
• Is structured, solution-oriented, and service-minded.
• Thrives working both independently and as part of a team.
• Is proficient in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
• Has a valid B-driver's license (required).
